August 2013 – January 2014
The Free Clinic, Care Alliance Health Center, Neighborhood Family Practice, and NorthEast Ohio Neighborhood Health Services, are partnering again this year with the City of Cleveland Department of Public Health to highlight the remarkable work that is done by Community Health Centers both locally and nationally.
The theme this year is “Celebrating America’s Health Centers: Transforming Health Care in our Local Communities.” We will focus on the successes of Cleveland’s Community Health Centers over the past year and address the challenges and prospects we face in the coming year as we welcome New Access Points and a decision for our state regarding Medicaid Expansion.
To register for this free event, visit clevelandnhcw2013.eventbrite.com.
Calling all prospective volunteers! Join us on August 27th for an All Clinic Volunteer Info Session where you can meet representatives from each department who will discuss the services we offer and the volunteer opportunities available for the fall.
The Free Clinic will be closed in observance of Labor Day.

The walk is a 2-mile hike through scenic Lakeview Cemetery. Dogs are welcome, and beverages will be provided. All are invited, so help us spread the word! Donations will be accepted with proceeds benefiting The Free Clinic.
Join us on November 22, 2013 for the 16th Annual Microbrew Extravaganza, the signature fundraiser of The Free Clinic’s Associate Board. Interact with the region’s best brewers while sampling various handcrafted ales, lagers, porters, stouts and holiday brews. Savor delicious pub-inspired dishes while dancing the night away to live music from Abby Normal and the Detroit Lean. This time-tested event brings together over 250 beer connoisseurs and amateurs alike to support the mission of The Free Clinic.

This event is one of many ways to support our work.
